Ingredients:- 3 tbsp. Garlic, crushed 2 large bunches of Spinach 2 tbsp. Ghee 1 tsp. Cumin Seeds ½ cup Onion, chopped 4 Green chillies, slit lengthwise 1 tbsp. Coriander seeds, crushed ¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp. Salt to taste 1 tbsp. Gram Flour 1 cup Water ½ tsp. Garam Masala Second Tempering:- 1 tbsp. Ghee ½ tsp. Cumin Seeds 2 whole red chillies 12 cloves of Garlic, sliced 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds Method:- - Blanche the spinach and divide it into 2 parts. - Grind the first part with a little water to a smooth paste and roughly chop the remaining. - Heat a ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, onion, coriander seeds, garlic and cook until the garlic and the onion are lightly golden in colour. - Add green chillies, gram flour, turmeric powder and chopped spinach. - Cook on a high flame for 30-40 seconds. - Add the blanched spinach puree, water, salt and mix well. - Cook on a high flame for 60-90 seconds adding garam masala powder. - In a tempering vessel heat ghee and add cumin seeds, red chillies, garlic and let it cook until garlic turns lightly golden brown in colour. Add sesame seeds and pour over the cooked Lehsui Palak. Mix well. Lasooni Palak is ready! Add in the whole spice, cumin seeds, thinly sliced onions and saute for about half a minute. 8. Add slit green chillies and saute for about 5 more minutes. 9. To the kadai, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. 10. Add in the spinach paste and cook for 10 minutes. 11. After 10 minutes, add the garam masala powder and mix well. 12. Gently mix the palak masala along with rice. Garnish with roasted cashewnuts. 13. Yummy and healthy Palak rice is ready to be served hot and nice. Palak/ Spinach is a powerful nutrition packed leafy vegetable. It is very important that we consume it every day. No matter how healthy it is, there are a lot of people who don't enjoy it much. This is one our favourite meal combo Mazedar Palak Handi with perfect Mini Naans, try it and let us know your feedback #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: 🤍 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Mini Naan: -Lukewarm water ½ Cup -Bareek cheeni (Caster Sugar) 1 & ½ tsp -Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & ½ tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Baking soda ½ tsp -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Doodh (Milk) lukewarm ½ Cup -Doodh (Milk) -Til (Sesame seeds) -Salt water (salt 1 tbs + water ¼ Cup) Prepare Palak Handi: -Boiling water as required -Spinach (Palak) chopped 1 kg -Ice chilled water as required -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) slit 6-7 -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Lal mirch (Red chlli) crushed 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 1 Cup -Makai ka atta (Maize flour) 1 & ½ tbs -Cream 2 tbs (optional) -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp Prepare Tadka: -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 3-4 cloves -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Sabut lal mirch (Button red chllies) 4-5 Directions: Prepare Mini Naan: -In a jug,add lukewarm water,sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes. -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking soda & mix well. -Add cooking oil & mix well. -Add yeast mixture & mix well until it crumbles. -Gradually add milk & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place). -Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth. -Take a small dough (60g),make a smooth ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin (4.5 inch). -Make gashes with the help of finger tips,apply milk with the help of brush & sprinkle sesame seeds then flip & apply salt water with the help of brush on the back side of the naan. -On heated iron griddle (inverted/straight),place naan (wet side down) & cook on low flame until it starts to bubble and bottom has browned then flip griddle and cook top side on direct flame until it’s charred (makes 12-13). Prepare Palak Handi: -In boiling water,add spinach & blanch for 4-5 minutes then strain,add in ice chilled water & let it rest for 3-4 minutes then strain. -In a chopper,add strained & blanched spinach,chop coarsely & set aside. -In a clay pot,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent. -Add garlic,green chillies,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add coriander seeds,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,red chilli crushed,salt & mix well. -Add pureed tomatoes & mix well,cover & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add chopped spinach & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. -Add maize flour & mix well. -Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well. -Turn on the flame & cook for 1-2 minutes. -Add dried fenugreek leaves,cover & simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Prepare Tadka: -In a frying pan,add cooking oil & heat it. -Add garlic,cumin seeds,button red chillies,mix well & fry until golden. -Add pour prepared tadka on palak handi. -Serve mini naan with palak handi.

Add spinach and blanch it for 2-3 minutes. Transfer it to ice chilled water and stir it well to stop the cooking process. Squeeze the excess water out, transfer it to a grinder jar and make a smooth paste of it. Keep it aside for further use. For Aloo Palak In a kadai or a handi, add oil, once it's hot, add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add coriander seeds, garlic and saute it until golden in color. Add potatoes and saute it for 3-4 minutes. Add turmeric powder, salt to taste, degi red chili powder, little water and mix it well. Close the lid and cook it for 4-5 minutes. Add green garlic leaves, gram flour and mix it well. Add little water, spinach paste, ghee and let it simmer for a while. Add prepared tadka and mix it well. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish it with prepared tadka. Serve hot with roti. For Tadka In a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds, garlic cloves, dry red chillies, dry fenugreek leaves, tomatoes, salt to taste and cook it for a minute. GINGER | अदरक 1 INCH WATER | पानी AS REQUIRED Paneer frying OIL | तेल 2-3 TBSP PANEER | पनीर 500 GRAMS (CUBED) Final Cooking OIL | तेल 2 TBSP GARLIC | लेहसुन 18-20 CLOVES (HALVED) GHEE | घी 1 TBSP WHOLE SPICES CUMIN SEEDS | जीरा 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPERCORNS | साबुत काली मिर्च 1 TSP BLACK CARDAMOM | बड़ी इलायची 1 NO. (CHOPPED) SALT | नमक TO TASTE HOT WATER | गरम पानी AS REQUIRED FRESH CREAM | फ्रेश क्रीम 2-3 TBSP NUTMEG | जयफल A PINCH (GRATED) LEMON JUICE | नींबू का रस OF 1/2 LEMON Tempering GHEE | घी 1-2 TBSP GARLIC | लेहसुन 1-2 TBSP (ROUGHLY CHOPPED) KASHMIRI RED CHILLI | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च 1 NO. ASAFOETIDA | हींग A PINCH KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1/2 TSP Method: Wash & clean the spinach bunch well then set a dep pan with water over high flame & bring it to a roaring boil. Once the water comes to a roaring boil, add a pinch of salt then add the spinach leaves & keep them submerged in the boiling water for 10-15 seconds then immediately transfer them into a bowl of ice-cold water. After the spinach cools down completely, take it out from the bowl & squeeze it gently in your hands to remove excess water, then add all the spinach into a mixer grinder jar along with mint, fresh coriander, green chilli, ginger, water & grind it into a fine paste, your spinach puree is ready. To fry paneer, add oil into a hot pan set over high flame & let the oil get hot. Further add the cubed pieces of paneer & shallow fry the paneer until light golden brown from one side then flip them & fry them similarly on the other side as well. Once fried, transfer the fried paneer pieces into a separate bowl & set it aside until you make the gravy. To fry the garlic, set a kadhai over high flame & add oil once it gets hot. Further add the halved garlic cloves & fry them over medium flame until they turn light golden brown then strain them using a sieve, your fried garlic is ready & make sure you reserve the oil to use it while making the gravy. Set the same kadhai over the flame & add the garlic oil along with ghee. Further add all the whole spices & onion, stir well & cook over medium high flame until the onions turn golden brown. Add the roughly chopped garlic once the onions turn golden brown, stir & cook the garlic for 1-2 minutes. Further lower the flame & add all the powdered spices, stir once & immediately add a splash of hot water & increase the flame to high & cook the spices for 1-2 minutes. Further add the tomatoes, salt & cook until the tomatoes get mushy & the oil gets separated, if it gets too dry then add a splash of hot water & continue to cook it further. Once the tomatoes have cooked & the oil is released, lower the flame & add in the spinach puree, stir well & now cook the puree for 8-10 minutes over medium flame. Further add the fried garlic & fresh cream, stir well & then add the fried paneer along with grated nutmeg & lemon juice, stir well & cook briefly. To make the tempering for lasooni palak paneer, set a small pan over high heat & once it gets hot, add the ghee. Once the ghee gets hot, add the roughly chopped garlic & fry it until it gets slightly light golden brown, then add in the kashmiri red chilli, asafoetida & kashmiri red chilli powder & immediately pour the tadka over the lasooni palak paneer. This is a very easy and simple recipe. I will be sharing quite a few tips to retain the green color of palak, to keep the paneer soft. This sabzi looks tempting and tastes super delicious. Ingredients: • 1/2 cup Water • 1 bunch Spinach • 2 Green chilies • 2 tbsp Oil • 1 tsp Cumin seeds • Finely chopped Onion • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste • 1/2 tsp Garam masala • Red chili powder • 1 tsp Besan • Salt to taste • Water to adjust the consistency • 1 tsp Butter • Paneer cubes • 1 tsp Oil • Chopped Garlic • 2~3 dry Red chilies • Red chili powder Method: • Wash palak leaves really good. • Heat up water in a pan and add spinach leaves, green chilies. • After cooking palak for about a minute, flip it over and cook for about 5 minutes. • Turn off the gas and let them mixture cool down. • Blend the mixture into puree in blender. • Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. • When cumin seeds splutter add onion and fry until it gets nice golden color. • Add garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder fry well for about a minute. • Move the masala along the edge of the pan and add besan in the remaining space. • Roast it for about a minute and add salt. Mix everything well together. • Add the palak puree, water, butter. • Mix well and cook the puree for about 5 minutes. • Add paneer and cook together for about 3-4 minutes. • For tadka heat up oil in a tadka pan and add garlic. • Fry garlic well until it gets nice golden color and add dry red chilies and red chili powder. • Mix well and add this tadka into palak paneer. Lasuni palak paneer is ready. • You can serve it with roti or naan. Palak Gosht Recipe in English: Ingredients: - Mutton ½ kg - Onion 3 medium sliced - Tomatoes 3 medium chopped - Salt 2 tsp or to taste - Chili Powder 2 tsp or to taste - Turmeric ½ tsp - G/G paste 2 tbsp - Cumin 1 tsp - Whole spice Powder ½ tsp - Lemon Juice 2 tsp - Spinach 250 gms - Dill eaves 2 tbsp - Green Chilies 2-3 - Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp - Oil ½ Cup - Fresh Coriander 2-3 tbsp - Water 2 to 2 ½ Cup Directions: - Blanch spinach by bringing water to boil and adding chopped spinach and dill. Simmer it for 3 mins. Drain and leave 2-3 tbsp of water in it and Set aside. - Add oil in a pan, add sliced onion and fry till translucent. Jab piyaz ka rang tabdeel hone lage to is main zeera aur gosht daal ke mix karein. Remove and transfer immediately into ice cold water. • Now into blender add ginger, garlic and make paste then add cooked palak and make smooth paste • For palak paneer heat ghee in pan and add bay leaf, cumin seeds, asafoetida. Stir for a minute until fragrance goes off. • Now add onion and garlic, saute until they turn translucence. Add tomatoes and stir till they turn soft. Add turmeric, red chilli, kasoori methi, crushed coriander seeds and some coriander powder and mix well. Full recipe for Dal palak Prep time: 30 mins Cooking time: 30 mins Serves: 6 Ingredients: • Spinach 250 gm (washed &pat dried) • Water (for blanching) • Salt to taste • Chana dal ½ cup (washed thoroughly) • Water (to soak) • Tur dal ½ cup • Masoor dal ½ cup • Salt to taste • Turmeric ½ tsp • Water 1 litre • Ghee 2 tbsp • Cumin seeds 1 tsp (jeera) • Asafoetida ½ tsp (hing) • Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped) • Ginger 1 tsp (chopped) • Green chillies 2-3 no. (chopped) • Onion 2 medium sized (chopped) • Turmeric ½ tsp • Coriander powder 1 tbsp • Red chilli powder 1 tsp • Tomatoes 2 medium sized (chopped) • Salt to taste • Lemon juice 1 tsp • Garam masala 1 tsp • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped) Method: • Stack all the spinach leaves, roll and slice finely • Add all the leaves to a boiling water, and blanch them for a minute. Refresh in ice cold water immediately. • Soak the chana dal in water for half an hour. • Strain the water and add the soaked chana dal. • In a pressure cooker add all the lentils along with salt, turmeric and water, pressure cook on medium flame for 3-4 whistles. • After 3-4 whistles switch off the flame and allow the cooker to depressurize naturally to open the lid. • Use a whisk to roughly mash the chana dal. • In a wok heat the ghee add cumin seeds, hing, garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. • Add the chopped onions and cook until they turn translucent. • Add the spices, tomatoes and salt to taste. Cook until tomatoes are mushy. • Add the blanched spinach cook for 2-3 minutes. • Add the cooked dal and give it a nice stir. • Add water to adjust the consistency of the dal and bring to a boil. • Add lemon juice, garam masala and fresh chopped coriander leaves, stir once and finish it by adding freshly made tadka. • Serve hot with rice and roti or paratha. For tadka • Ghee 1 tbsp • Jeera 1 tsp • Red chilli powder 1 tsp • Asafoetida ½ tsp (hing) • Whole red chilli 2-3 no. • Fried onions 3 tbsp Method: • Heat ghee in a pan, add jeera, red chilli powder, asafetida, whole red chilli and fried onions, mix and pour it over hot dal before serving. How about Dal Palak and Masala Pulao? * 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗭🥘𝗡 𝗦𝗛🍳𝗣 🔪Knives I use - 🤍 🛒RB Store - 🤍 📟Kitchen Appliances - 🤍 * ⏩𝓢𝓾𝓫𝓼𝓬𝓻𝓲𝓫𝓮 𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓮: 🤍 * 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼: South Indian Dal Tadka & Jeera rice - 🤍 Dal Meat - 🤍 Hotel Jaisa Sambaar - 🤍 * For more fantastic recipes, check out the Ranveer Brar App 📲 📲𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝 - 🤍 📲𝗶𝗢𝗦 - 🤍 * DAL PALAK & MASALA PULAO Preparation time 10 minutes Cooking time 25-30 minutes Serving 2 Ingredients 2 tbsp Ghee, घी 1 cup washed Tovar dal, slightly soaked, तूर दाल 1 cup washed Masoor dal, slightly soaked, मसूर दाल 1 cup washed Yellow moong dal, slightly soaked, पीली मूंग दाल 1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ½ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर A pinch of asafoetida, हींग Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार 7-8 cups Water for cooking, पानी Prepared remaining Tadka, तैयार किया हुआ तड़का For First Tadka 1 ½ tbsp Ghee, घी 1 tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा A pinch of asafoetida, हींग 2-3 Garlic cloves, chopped, लहसुन 1 large Onion, chopped, प्याज 2 Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च 1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर A pinch of asafoetida, हींग 1 tsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर 1 tsp Ghee, घी ½ cup fresh Tomato puree, ताज़े टमाटर की प्यूरी 2 cups fresh Spinach leaves, chopped,पालक ½ cup Water, पानी Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार For Second Tadka 1 tbsp Oil, तेल ½ tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा 2 Dry red chilli, cut into half, सूखी लाल मिर्च A pinch of asafoetida, हींग ½ tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर For Garnish Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता Lemon wedge, नींबू की फलियां For Masala Pulav 1 tbsp Oil, तेल 1 tsp Cumin seeds,जीरा ½ cup Prepared Tadka, तैयार किया हुआ तड़का (remove before adding spinach) few fresh Fenugreek leaves, ताजा मेथी के पत्ते 2 cups Cooked rice, पके हुए चावल 2 Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता Process In a deep sauce pot, add ghee, soaked tovar dal, masoor dal, yellow moong dal and mix it well. Add degi red chilli powder, turmeric powder, a pinch of asafoetida mix it well on medium flame. Now, add salt to taste and water. Cover it with the lid and cook until it's done. Once the dal is cooked, pour the prepared tadka and mix it well. In the same pan, add water, salt to taste and bring it to a boil. Transfer it into the sauce pot and mix it well. In a serving bowl, add prepared dal and pour the second tadka on top of it. Garnish it with coriander sprig and serve hot with masala pulav. For First Tadka In a non-stick pan, add ghee, cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add a pinch of asafoetida, garlic saute until light brown. Add onion and saute it well, add green chilli, degi red chilli powder. Turmeric powder, a pinch of asafoetida, coriander powder and saute it well. Add little ghee and saute for a minute. Add fresh tomato puree and saute on medium flame. Remove atles 1 cup of prepared tadka in a bowl and keep it aside for further use. Now, add chopped spinach and mix everything well. For Second Tadka Heat oil in a tadka pan, add cumin seeds and let it splutter well. Add dry red chillies, a pinch of asafoetida and saute well. Add degi red chilli powder and saute it well. For Masala Pulav In a deep bottom non-stick pan, add oil, once it's hot, add cumin seeds, prepare first tadka and mix it well. Add fresh fenugreek leaves and saute it well. Add cooked rice and mix everything well. Add some excitement to iftar dinner table with this flavorful lehsani palak and khushbu pulao. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #ramazanrecipe #ramazanspecial Written Recipe:🤍 Serves 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Lehsani Palak: -Boiling water as required -Palak (Spinach) finely chopped ½ kg -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4 -Water ¼ Cup or as required Prepare Tadka: -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 4-5 cloves -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 3-4 Prepare Khushbu Pulao: -Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece -Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2 -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 3-4 -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4 -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp -Laung (Cloves) 6-7 -Javitri (Mace) 2 blades -Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 2-3 -Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2 -Boiling water 4-5 Cups -Chicken stock cubes 2 -Ghee (Clarified Butter) 3-4 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6 (optional) -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste -Chawal (Rice) Sella/Basmati 500g (soaked for 1 hour) -Pyaz (Onion) fried Directions: Prepare Lehsani Palak: -In boiling water,add spinach,blanch for 3-4 minutes then strain & set aside. -In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well. -Add onion,mix well & sauté until onions are translucent. -Add tomato,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add cumin powder,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder,coriander seeds,green chillies & mix well. -Add water,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes). -Add blanched spinach & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then mash well with the help of masher & cook for 2-3 minutes. Prepare Tarka: -In a small saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic & fry until light golden. -Add cumin seeds,dried red chillies & mix well. -Now pour tadka on palak & serve! Prepare Khushboo Pulao: -In a bowl,place muslin cloth,add ginger,garlic,black cardamom,cinnamon sticks,green cardamom, black peppercorns,cloves,mace,star anise,bay leaves & tie to make a bouquet garni. -In boiling water,add bouquet garni,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes. -Remove bouquet garni & discard it. -Now add chicken stock cubes,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes (approx. 4 Cups) & set aside. -In a pot,add clarified butter & let it melt. -Add onion & fry until light golden. -Add cumin seeds,button red chillies & mix well. -Add prepared stock,salt,mix well & bring it to boil. -Add rice,mix well & cook on medium flame until water is reduced (3-4 minutes),cover with kitchen cloth,lid & steam cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes. -Garnish with fried onion & serve with Lehsani palak! -Pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein. -Zeera aur sabut lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Tayyar yakhni aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein. -Chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per pani reduce ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes),kitchen cloth & lid sa cover karein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein. -Fried pyaz sa garnish karein aur Lehsani palak ka saath serve karein!
