Tasty Grilled Chicken Recipe | Grilled Chicken Recipe | How to Make Grilled chicken | Glazed Chicken Recipe | Chicken Tenders Recipe | Grilled Chicken Recipe Healthy | Honey Glazed Chicken Recipe Ingredients: - Chicken fillets - 4 nos. (weighing around 100 gms each) - Salt- 1 tsp - Crushed Pepper- 1.5 tsp - Honey- 3 tsp - Soy sauce - 1 tsp - Butter - 2 dollops/ tsp - Olive Oil- 3 tsp (preferable but can also use refined white oil) - Crushed whole garlic with skin- 6 big pods Preparation: - Keep the chicken fillets in a mixing bowl. - Sprinkle salt & crushed pepper evenly. Pour the olive oil over it & add the crushed garlic. - Mix everything well to coat evenly. (Alternatively you can add garlic powder or finely chopped garlic too.) - Set aside for around 30 mins. - To prepare the honey-soy glaze, mix 1 tsp of soy sauce & 3 tsp of honey in a bowl. Mix well & keep aside for glaze to be used later. - For boiling vegetables, take a saucepan & boil water. Once it comes to a boil, add salt, mix well & add all the vegetables. Boil the vegetables on high for around 5 mins. Should still be little crunchy. - Strain & wash it with cold water to retain the color & stop the cooking. Process: - Take a grill pan & add a dollop (1 tsp) of butter. Spread it evenly. - Once hot, add the chicken fillets one beside the other. Grill on high heat for around 3 mins. - Turn them on the other side & continue to grill for 3 more mins. on the other side. - Lower heat to medium & keep pressing the chicken pieces with the spatula for the chicken to cook & get the grill marks. - Turn it on the other side & repeat. - Check if the chicken is cooked. - Now take a basting brush & brush the chicken pieces with the honey-soy glaze.Turn the fillets on the other side. - Again brush the other side with the honey-soy glaze & turn it over. The color should be evenly browned. - Grill both sides for 1 min each or less. Take care that the honey-soy glaze does not burn. - Remove onto a plate. - To sauté the vegetables, take another pan & add a dollop/tsp of butter. Spread it and once hot add the boiled vegetables. Sauté on high for 2 mins, sprinkle some salt & crushed pepper. To keep things tidy, i put the meat inside a freezer bag and pound it with a heavy sauce pot. To make the marinade, combine parsley, thyme, garlic, zest of 1 lemon, olive oil, oregano, black pepper, chile flake, 15g salt, and 5g sugar. Add chicken and mix to be sure marinate is stuck to chicken. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. To cook 4 chicken breasts, I preheat all burners on high, then before grilling set 2 burners to high and a 3rd burner on low, brush grates if needed, and oil the grates with high smokepoint oil. When grill temp is 450-500F/230-260C, remove chicken from marinade and place over the burners set to high heat. Lower the grill and allow to cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes - no turning or pressing meat during this time. At this point, the grill facing side should have nice dark (not burnt) grill marks. Flip to side two then move chicken to the low side of the grill to allow to finish cooking. When done, temp should read about 150F/65C. Finish with a drizzle of fresh lemon juice to serve. BBQ CHICKEN LEGS (makes 7-8 drummies) ▪2lbs/1kg chicken drumsticks, bone in/skin on ▪5g or 1/3/4tsp chili powder ▪3g or 1.5tsp black pepper ▪3g or 1tsp garlic powder ▪3g or 1 1/4tsp onion powder ▪10g or 1 3/4tsp salt Combine chili powder, pepper, garlic & onion powders, and salt and add in drummies. Toss to coat. Allow to brine in fridge for 1 hour. Preheat all grill burners to high, brush grates if needed, and oil grates well with high-smokepoint oil. Set 2 burners to medium/medium-high and a 3rd to high. Place drumsticks over the medium-high heat side, lower grill lid, and cook for 6-8 minutes. Flip to side two, close lid, and check back in 6-8 mins. Skin should have tightened nicely. Brush drummies on both sides with sauce. Lower grill lid and cook for 2 more minutes to reduce sauce. UNCLE B-MANS SIGNATURE ONION BBQ SAUCE ▪100g or about 1/2-3/4c red onion, grated ▪4 minced garlic cloves ▪Olive oil ▪Salt ▪250g or 1c ketchup ▪30g or 1 3/4Tbsp worcestershire ▪20g or 1.5Tbsp apple cider vinegar ▪100g or 1/4c molasses ▪20g or 1 1/3Tbsp hot sauce ▪20g or 4tsp yellow mustard ▪5g or 1 3/4tsp chili powder ▪2g or 2tsp chile flake (for medium heat. Adjust accordingly) Sweat grated onion, garlic, a squeeze of olive oil and pinch of salt in a sauce pan over medium low for 4-5min or until moisture is released. Stir in ketchup, worcestershire, apple cider vinegar, molasses, hot sauce, mustard, chili powder, and chile flake. Increase heat to med-med high and bring to a simmer and reduce heat to low until sauce is reduced by about 25% and onions are fully tender. 🎧MUSIC: EPIDEMIC SOUND. Barbecue Chicken Smoked on Offset Pit and Mopped Old School Style. #barbecuechicken #bbqchicken #howtobbqright Sometimes you just need a good old Barbecue Chicken fix. This recipe takes me back to those family 4th of July BBQ’s where the grill was slap-full of what seemed like endless pieces of smokey, glazed chicken goodness. Cooking barbecue chicken is really easy. All you need is a grill or smoker set up for indirect cooking and as much chicken as you want to cook. You can season the chicken however you like. I use my Killer Hogs AP rub mixed with a few other ingredients to create what I call a Chicken Rub (recipe is below). Once the smoker is running at 275-300 degrees it’s ready to cook. I ran with Post Oak wood on this smoke, but Hickory, Pecan, or Apple are all good choices (use whatever wood you like). Season the outside of each piece of chicken with the seasoning and get it on the pit. Now comes the fun part…turn on some music, crack a few beers and kick back and barbecue some chicken! You’ll want to stick around the grill turning the pieces every 30 minutes or so and making sure the grill stays in the 275-300 zone. Don’t freak out if it gets above or below just hang in there. Every time you open the pit, baste the chicken with the mopping liquid to keep it juicy. I mix Zesty Italian dressing with BBQ Rub, BBQ Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and water. (recipe below). If you have a favorite mopping concoction, by all means use it! After a couple hours of flipping and mopping the chicken is ready for the sauce. This is the point where it’s gonna start getting real good! I place a small aluminum pan on the pit beside the chicken and add 1 bottle each of my Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce & Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce. Let the mixture heat up and it’ll thin out a little. Use the same mopping brush to baste the sauce over the chicken on both sides and keep on cooking until the chicken is done - 165 in the breast and 175 in the dark meat. I really like the wings, legs, and thighs to creep up closer to 200 internal because they stay tender and juicy. That’s all there is too making Barbecue Chicken and I hope you invite a crowd of family and friends over to enjoy the experience. BBQ is all about good times and making memories, and a Big Ole’ Barbecue Chicken Plate is special in my life! Barbecue Chicken Ingredients: - 24 pcs Chicken (mix of Breast, Legs, Thighs, & Wings) - 1 cup Chicken Rub *recipe below - 1/2 gallon BBQ Chicken Mop *recipe below - 1 bottle Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce - 1 bottle Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce Barbecue Chicken Directions: 1. Prepare offset smoker or any BBQ Grill for indirect cooking at 275 degrees using your favorite wood for smoke flavor (I used Post Oak for this recipe) 2. Season the outside of each piece of chicken with the Chicken Rub - substitute your favorite rub if you like 3. Place the chicken on the smoker and cook until the internal temperature in the breast reach 155 degrees. Turning and basting with the BBQ Chicken Mop* every 30 minutes. 4. Pour the BBQ Sauces into a small aluminum pan and place on the smoker to warm. Once the internal temperature in the breast hit 165 start brushing the sauce on both sides and continue flipping the chicken every 15-30 minutes until the sauce caramelizes on the outside and the internal temperature reach a minimum of 165 in the white meat and 175 in the dark. 5. Remove the BBQ Chicken from the smoker and serve. Grilled Chicken | Healthy Grilled Chicken Recipe | Grill Chicken Recipe | How To Make Grilled Chicken | Grilled Chicken Breast | Lemon Garlic Grilled Chicken | Easy Grilled Chicken Recipe | Grill Chicken Ingredients for Grilled Chicken (Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon ) - Chicken breast fillets - 4 (around 450 gms or 1 lb) Marinade: - Olive Oil - 4 tbsp - Lemon Juice- 3 tsp - Salt- 3/4 tsp - Crushed pepper- 1 tsp - Brown Sugar- 1.5 tbsp - Dark Soy sauce- 2 tsp - Crushed garlic-5 cloves (around 1 tsp) - Finely chopped coriander/cilantro leaves -2 tsp - Red Chilli Flakes- 1 tsp Preparation: - Take 4 chicken breast and fillet them into 1/2 inch thickness. - Peel and crush the garlic cloves and fine chop the coriander/cilantro leaves. - Add all the items for the marinade in a bowl and mix/whisk it to combine well. - Add the marinade and spread it on the fillets uniformly. Cover & set aside for 30 mins. Process: - Preheat a grill pan and brush it with 1 tbsp olive oil to grease it. - Now place the marinated chicken fillets side by side and grill it on Medium high heat. Grilled Chicken with Garlic and Lemon | Grilled Chicken Recipe | Lemon Garlic Grilled Chicken | Easy Grilled Chicken | Garlic Lime Grilled Chicken | Grill Chicken Recipe | Grilled Chicken Ingredients for Grilled Chicken: - Chicken fillets, 1/2” thick- 4 (around 400 gms total in weight) - Salt- 3/4 tsp - Crushed Pepper- 1/2 tsp Marinade: (All US spoon measures) - Dark Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp - Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp - Honey- 3 tbsp - Brown Sugar- 1 tbsp - Lemon Juice- 1.5 tbsp - Grated Ginger- 1/2 tsp - Minced Garlic- 1 tsp (4 cloves) Other Ingredients: - Olive Oil- 1 tbsp Preparation: - Pat dry the chicken fillets and cut to make all flattish and uniformly thick (about 1/2 inch). - Season the fillets with salt and crushed pepper on both sides and set aside for 15 mins. - Grate the ginger & garlic. - Prepare the marinade and add it to the seasoned chicken fillets. Mix it well to coat the fillets and set aside for 60 mins. Process: - Preheat the grill pan and brush it with olive oil. - Now place the chicken fillets side by side without the marinade and grill it on medium heat for 3 mins. Flip it and repeat on the other side for 3 mins. - Baste the fillets with the marinade and grill on both sides for 3 mins on each side on low heat. - Garnish with chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves and serve hot on a bed of Herbed Rice & Sautéed Vegetables on the side.

Smoked Chicken Halves - brined and glazed - for a perfect Barbecue Chicken Recipe! #bbqchicken #smokedchicken #howtobbqright Barbecue Chicken Halves WHAT MALCOM USED IN THIS RECIPE: - Malcom's Bird Brine 🤍 - Meat Bags - Brine Bags 🤍 - Killer Hogs Hot Sauce 🤍 - Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub 🤍 - Killer Hogs Hot Rub 🤍 - Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce 🤍 - BBQ Gloves - 🤍 Barbecue Chicken Halves Recipe - 1 whole chicken - 1 gallon BBQ Brine (recipe below) - 3 Tablespoons Killer Hogs Hot Rub - 2 sticks butter - 1 bottle Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce Directions: 1. Place whole chicken in a large meat bag or vessel large enough to hold it plus the brine liquid (recipe below). Pour the brine liquid over it and place in refrigerator for 6 hours. 2. Prepare smoker for indirect cooking at 275 degrees using hickory wood for smoke. 3. Remove the chicken from the brine and pat dry with paper towel. 4. Flip the chicken breast down and use meat scissors to remove the backbone. Flip it over and use a heavy chef knife to divide the bird into 2 halves. 5. Season each half on both sides with Killer Hogs Hot BBQ Rub. 6, Place the chicken halves on the pit and smoke for 1.5 hours. 7. Wrap each chicken half in foil - tear off enough foil to cover the half, split a stick of butter in half lengthwise, lay the butter on the foil and place half of chicken skin side down on the butter, season the back side with more Hot Rub, and close the foil up tight. 8. Place the wrapped halves back on the pit and cook for another 1.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165F degrees in the breast. 9. Carefully remove each chicken half from the foil wrap, season lightly with more hot rub followed by a good drizzle of The BBQ Sauce. Place each half back on the pit for 15 minutes then serve. Chicken (Whole, with skin) - 1 no (around 1 kg) Brine Water - 750 ml Salt - 2 tsp Vinegar - 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp Marination Kashmiri Dry Red Chilli (de-seeded) - 20 nos Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp Green Chilli - 1 no Garlic - 10 cloves Ginger - 1 inch Black Peppercorn - 1 tsp Onion - ½ no Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp Butter - 2 tbsp Curd - 2 tbsp Salt - 2 tsp Black Salt - 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1 ½ tsp Coriander Powder - 1 ½ tsp Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp Chaat Masala - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Homemade Mayonnaise Egg - 1 no Garlic - 3 nos Sugar - ¼ tsp Salt - ¼ tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tsp Oil - ½ Cup Instructions: 1.Make slits on the thicker parts of the whole chicken, especially the breast and legs. 2.In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the brine until everything is dissolved. Add the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally for 2 hours. Marination 3.For the marination, add the de-seeded Kashmiri chillies to a pot of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes or until the chillies are tender. 4.Add it to a blender along with all the other ingredients for the marination. Blend it to a smooth paste. Other Steps 5.Take the chicken out of the brine and pat it completely dry using a cloth or thick paper towels. 6.Apply the marination all over the chicken and inside it too. 7.Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, but preferably for 6 hours or overnight. 8.Preheat an oven to 220°c. Secure the legs and wings of the chicken by tying it with a twine or by using toothpicks. 9.If your oven has a rotisserie rod, insert the chicken through it and secure it tightly using the screws. If you do not have the rod, you can place it on a roasting rack and cook it. 10.Cook at 220°c for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 180°c and cook for 1 hour more. Homemade Mayonnaise 11.To a small blender jar, add the eggs, garlic, salt, sugar and lemon juice. 12.Blend it for a few seconds to combine. 13.Drizzle the oil gradually in a thin stream while blending on low speed. Do not over-mix. Stop when the mayonnaise is thick. You can use more or less oil as needed. Marinade: - Curd/yoghurt- 2 tbsp - Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp - Coriander powder- 1 tsp - Cumin powder- 1 tsp - Garam masala powder- 3/4 tsp - Salt- 1/2 tsp or to taste - Ginger chopped- 1/2 inch piece - Garlic cloves- 2 - Tomato purée- 2 tsp - Olive oil- 2 tbsp Preparation: Blend the items for the marinade in a blender and pour it on the chicken. Rub to coat the both sides of the chicken with the marinade. Set aside for an hour to marinate. Process. - Take a grill pan and pre-heat it. - Brush the pan with some olive oil. - Once hot, place the marinated chicken one beside the other. Keep on high for around 3 mins to develop grill marks. - Turn them on the other side & continue the same on the other side. - Keep basting it with the oil left on the sides of the grill pan. - Lower heat to medium & turn the pieces again to cook for another 4-5 mins on each side. - Check with a fork if the chicken is cooked.
